Stage two of the FIBA 3x3 World Tour is held in Vladivostok, Russia on 21 July 201.

Format of competition:
The 15 participating teams are divided into three groups of five teams and play in a round-robin first round against their respective group opponents.

The top two teams from each group and the two best 3rd teams progress to the Quarter-Finals where the tournament continues in a standard knock-out format.
