Stage three of the FIBA 3x3 World Tour is held in New York City, USA on 18-19 August 2012

Format of competition:
The 15 participating teams are divided into three groups of five teams and play in a round-robin first round against their respective group opponents.

The top two teams from each group and the two best thirds progress to the Quarter-Finals where the tournament continues in a standard knock-out format.
